Description

Sarah takes Yves along for a trip though the underground ‘Cenotes’ of the Yucatan Peninsula (Mexico). Cenotes, or water sinkholes, dot the Yucatan peninsula and are the only source of freshwater for the people there. They also form 24% of all of Mexico’s freshwater.

Keeping them pollution-free is critical. And difficult, as any pollution in these waters will go undetected until they reach the ocean.
