This film shows how the women's NGO Mehriban implements a three-year demonstration project on ecological sanitation in the rural areas of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan.
The film shows families in two villages who - with support of Mehriban and a WECF expert - have built urine diverting dry toilets, improving sanitation for more than 150 men, women and children.
