Countries like America has twice as much food as people actually need.Tristram Stuart has dedicated his career to investigate food waste. In his newest book, Waste,  Stuart shows how just changing the way we go shopping, could be one of the simplest ways to reduce pressure on the environment. This video makes us think about the consumer culture in which all western countries are involved.
