Full title: Improving food hygiene and safety in the urban fast food sector in Ghana.
To reduce health risks at the level of food preperation ‘hard ways’ like inspections, restriction, and fees can be used. But there are also soft ways to reduce health risks. Soft ways are based on mutual understanding. Eight essential rules used in this method are discussed in this video.
