Mr. Alem Gebrewahid, Member of the executive committee of the ruling party EPRDF (Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front) and Head of the Bureau of Water Resources of the Tigray National Regional State and Dr. Eyasu Yazew Hagos, Director of the Institute of Water and Environment, Mekelle University (MU) and alumnus of UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education discuss how Ethiopia can develop itself from a low to a middle and high income country.
