The MAGO Water Quality Monitoring tool is an open code to estimate water quality parameters in lakes, reservoirs or large ponds from Sentinel-2 images. The open-source code was developed to analyze free Satellite images to evaluate water quality parameters. The user can visualize chlorophyll-a, cyanotoxins, turbidity and others on the EO Browser map and get the corresponding time series at selected points or areas.
