This video addresses the risks on floods and the infrastructure built to prevent this. Community participation is necessary to establish a sustainable and efficient water management system. The video describes how IPSWAM contributed to this. IPSWAM (Integrated Planning for Sustainable Water Management) is a project of the Ministry of Water Resources Bangladesh Water Development Board and supported by Bangladesh & Royal Netherlands Government.
