From 29 to 31 May 2013, UNESCO-IHE and partners hold the 5th Delft Symposium on Water Sector Capacity Development in Delft, The Netherlands. The challenges, current realities and new opportunities for knowledge and capacity development in the water sector are discussed during this international forum for water professionals and managers, development practitioners, policy makers, researchers, and capacity development specialists.
UNESCO-IHE Alumni are also great contributors to the Symposium. M.Quasemm is currently a Former Director General from the Water resources Planning Organization Government of Blangadesh. He talks about his experience as a member since more than 20 years ago.
