A film that depicts the positive impact of a well conceived and properly implemented programme which provided a concrete solution to the hapless labour. It shows how the disgusted labour who were forced to migrate remained back in the village to take up the tank desiltation activities with the support of local administration, NGO and farmers. It reflects a message that if the developmental programmes are implemented properly and effectively, true to their spirit and stated objectives, they would provide immense benefits to the needy and vulnerable people. Developed in association with Inter Co operation (IC), NGO Programme AP and MARI, an NGO based in Warangal with the active support from DWMA, Warangal.
