Blue Nile River is not properly managed to effectively and efficiently administer its water resources in Ethiopia. Hence proper water management approaches depending on local situation is necessary to benefit now and the future generation largely for Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt.
Awareness level (mind-set) of the local community is a major challenge. To up-grade the attitude, knowledge and skill level of farmers in Ethiopia, Mastewal together with others have developed some exercise and training material.
