Source to Tap and Back: Introduction

Reflections upon the Source to Tap and Back project, a public private partnership–which brought together a unique set of skills among Dutch water operators, Dutch water authorities (Waterschappen), Ethiopian government entities and Ethiopian and Dutch private sector– to effect some important changes in the Ethiopian urban water management sector, and to identify the scope for others.
