This documentary shows the various activities of the Irrigation Department Government of Sindh. This province is of great agricultural and industrial importance and relies on its highly advanced network of irrigation system. The video first of all discusses the area’s three major barrages which provide a great amount of the water used for irrigation. Then it zooms in on the major floods in Pakistan in 2010 and 2011. The Irrigation Department Government of Sindh was responsible for the restoration of the waterinfrastructure after this horrifying natural disaster. Finally, the documentary pays attention to lining and drainage in the Sindh province.
