The Tippy tap is a wonderful and fun device to dispense small amounts (40 ml) of water to wash hands with soap and improve hygiene. In an Ecosan toilet this water dispenser can allow washing for a small dose of 80 ml for washers. Ravi Kumar of Mysore is a strong proponent of this device.
